It looks a case of once bitten, twice shy, as streaming fans say they’ll refuse to watch Jake and Logan Paul’s long-awaited ‘fight’ after seeing the trailer. Of course, we knew it was too good to be true. Instead of committing to the much-hyped brother versus brother fight, the controversial Paul brothers instead announced they’re releasing their own reality TV series. Following in the footsteps of the Hogans and the Osbournes, the brothers will headline Paul American.
As well as saying they’ll be more controversial than ever, the big pull is undoubtedly Jake’s promise that we’ll get to learn more about his November 2024 fight against Mike Tyson. With many accusing the boxing content creator of ‘fixing’ the fight, it should at least be interesting to find out more about what went down in and out of the ring.
Still, with only 50,000 people tuning into the Instagram Live revealing Paul American to the world, it might be a worrying sign of what’s to come.
When the first trailer dropped, there was a largely negative reaction, with many saying they won’t be turning in on March 27.
The chaotic trailer includes breasts, boxing, and (obviously) brothers. They refer to themselves as ‘villains and bad guys’, and saying they don’t care about the haters, they know their family will have their back.
Over on X, one angry critic grumbled: “Not one person will be watching this ‘reality show’.”
Another added: “This is gonna be ass🔥🔥,” and a third chimed in saying, “I speak for literally everyone when I say we will not be watching this clown show.”
A particularly scathing comment concluded: “The Paul brothers are exact type of people who would do a reality show 😭.”
The Paul brothers at least have confidence in their brand, hyping Paul American with exactly the kind of gusto you’d expect. Sadly, it doesn’t seem that everyone is sharing that enthusiasm.
Jake Paul refer to himself as ‘un-cancellable’ in the trailer, but if some these viewers have anything to do with it, Paul American won’t be back for season 2.

It looks like it’s Paul vs Paul, as Jake and Logan Paul have finally revealed what they’ve been teasing us all with. After making their names on YouTube, the pair have become intertwined with boxing since they first stepped into the ring in August 2018 and took on another set of brothers. Back then, Logan Paul drew with fellow YouTuber KSI, while Jake beat KSI’s younger brother, Deji Olatunji.
That fateful night kickstarted Jake Paul’s impressive boxing career, which spans 11 wins and just one defeat – losing out to Tommy Fury. Jake Paul’s most infamous fight is his November 2024 bout with Mike “Iron Mike” Tyson, where the young upstart controversially beat the former heavyweight champion of the world. There was disappointment that the record-breaking Netflix fight didn’t deliver, with some even accusing Paul’s Most Valuable Productions of fixing the whole thing.

Jake and Logan Paul teased their long-awaited brother versus brother boxing match (Max)
Although many would like to see Jake Paul settle his beef with KSI, you’ll have to settle for a reality show starring the pair.
Announced during an Instagram Live, Jake and Logan Paul confirmed their cryptic tease of a brother versus brother boxing match is actually their own reality TV series calling Paul American. The pair threw down some smack talk, with Logan Paul turning up at Jake’s house and demanding he step outside. Logan kept telling his brother to ‘step up’, but it was clear they were doing a bit.
After exchanging a few shoves, the brothers embraced and revealed that they won’t be fighting each other…at least not yet. Many think that Jake Paul would easily beat Logan due to the latter being typically associated with wrestling, but for now, you won’t be finding out.
The boisterous brothers hinted that they might eventually step into the ring together, but for now, it’s just another tease.
If you want a taste of what’s to a come, a teaser of Paul American was also released alongside the announcement. Yes, it’s just as chaotic as you’d assume.
Promising more that they’ll be more controversial than ever before, and with Jake saying we’ll get some unprecedented access into THAT Tyson fight, this could be a big one for Max’s ratings.

Logan Paul has dropped a new video showing behind the scenes of his now infamous video ‘trolling’ the BBC.
The BBC is left looking a little red-faced, after the British Broadcasting Corporation was trolled by Logan Paul. The Paul brothers have been grabbing headlines recently, but away from Jake Pau’s victory over Mike Tyson, Logan Paul has been accused of a cryptocurrency ‘scam.’
The BBC broke a story claiming it had seen evidence that Logan Paul has ‘promoted investments without revealing he had a financial interest in them.’ As well as facing a multi-million-dollar lawsuit over the failed CryptoZoo project, the BBC alleges that Paul has caused some crypto to spike by using his impressive 23 million YouTube followers – profiting off the back of this.
The BBC maintains that it had been asking for an in-person interview for several months, with Paul eventually agreeing to one at his gym in Puerto Rico. This is where things get a little fishy.
As journalist Matt Shea sat down with ‘Logan Paul’, he was seemingly unaware that he was being trolled by lookalike, Rodney Petersen.
In a behind-the-scenes video, Logan Paul has revealed how he pulled off the stunt and was feeding Petersen lines through an earpiece. As Petersen is under the Instagram handle @not_logan_paul, it seems like the perfect ruse.
Titled “I Trolled The BBC With My Lookalike”, Logan Paul says: “Oh my god, he actually thinks it’s me, what a dumba*s.”
There’s clearly no love lost between Logan Paul and the BBC, with the latter mocking Shea’s previous attempt to interview Andrew Tate for the outlet.
Despite Paul having a ball behind the scenes, the video captures the moment Shea seemingly twigs something is up, with the filmmaker saying, “Why do you look so different to me?”
Shea continued, “I have to say, the real Logan Paul looks very different,” before Petersen chimed in, “Did you come all the way over here to ask about how I look? Not everyone is as handsome as you Matt.”
With Shea getting frustrated at the situation and Paul realizing the gig is up, the interview is about to be shut down. Things fell apart when Paul’s team stormed the interview and accused the BBC of platforming predators.
Paul and his team took to the roof to heckle the BBC crew from above, with them also putting a poster of Shea alongside Hugh Edwards on top of their car. As one final jibe, Paul concludes, “Flustered, frustrated, and unaccomplished, the BBC boys were driven out of town.”
All in all, Paul says it took Shea three minutes to realize that Petersen wasn’t the real deal.
The BBC posted its own TikTok of the events, with Shae saying, “Minutes after leaving the gym, we received a letter from lawyers on behalf of Logan Paul warning us against publishing our allegations.”
While some comments in both were full of jokes at Shea’s expense, others highlighted how Paul failed to address the claims the BBC was there to put forward.
One fan said: “I can’t believe I actually just enjoyed a Logan Paul video.”
Another added, “About time you start trolling w these mfs who try their best to ruin ur name,” but someone else said, “This just sums up Logan Paul, complete arrogance and avoidance of consequence.”
Even if the BBC wants answers from Logan Paul, it doesn’t look like it’s going to be getting them anytime soon.

Ding, ding, seconds out. While Jake Paul and KSI have talked about taking out their anger on each other in the boxing ring for an eternity, it’s still yet to happen.
Jake “The Problem Child” Paul grabbed headlines due to his fight with Mike “Iron Mike” Tyson, with the young upstart controversially besting the former heavyweight champion of the world on points.
Jake Paul has had no shortage of offers on who to fight next, and yet, the mythical bout between him and KSI hasn’t occurred.
Shots have been fired following the announcement of KSI’s upcoming fight against former Chelsea footballer Wayne Bridge.
Bridge retired from football in 2014 and has since turned his hand to boxing as a way to keep fit.

Now, he’s emerged as an unexpected opponent to fight the YouTuber.
With fans baffled by the announcement, Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions soon took to X to mock the situation. Posting on the platform, the account wrote: “Is it April Fools Day?”
This was quickly followed by an Instagram post featuring a picture of Paul with the following caption: “There is only 1 King of the land.”
It comes as Bridge has been linked to Misfits Boxing – the so-called home of celebrity boxing matches.
KSI shared the news and wrote: “From playing with him in FIFA Ultimate Team to knocking out Wayne Bridge in the ring at the end of March, what a life.”
However, the post was soon inundated with criticism.
Others weren’t afraid to share their views online, with one KSI critic writing: “At least Jake Paul fought an old man that was a boxer. Not a washed-up footballer that wasn’t even elite in the sport he played in. Embarrassing for you, win or lose.”
Another raged: “That @KSI sh*t is so embarrassing. Says ‘nah man I want a real fight’ after the old man walks out then proceeds to announce he’s fighting a 50 year old retired footballer no one cared about in his prime….. either grow a pair or stop fighting you absolute f**king shi*house.”
Someone else concluded: “Nah i’m sorry but this is an L. No better than Jake fighting old men 🤷.”
For those doubting Bridge’s experience, he notably fought against Made in Chelsea‘s Spencer Matthews and won on points for Sport Relief in 2018.
Still, there are complaints about KSI fighting a retired footballer when many want to see him lace up his gloves against Jake Paul. Excuses that the pair are in different weight classes have worn thin, with many saying they’re just stalling.
There’s no official word on whether KSI and Jake Paul will ever hash out their differences in the ring, but if they do, expect it to be a fight for the ages. In the meantime, it looks like KSI will stick to swinging punches at former footballers.

In a bizarre moment of two different worlds colliding, YouTuber-turned-boxer Logan Paul has had his photo snapped with former US president and convicted felon Donald Trump.
The picture is now causing quite the stir but not for a reason you might think.
The image was captured when the pair met on the set of Paul’s podcast Impaulsive.

You read that right – the Republican candidate for this year’s US election took the time to sit down and chat with the YouTube star and his co-host, Mike Majlak.
Posting a clip of the meeting on the show’s Instagram page, Paul presented Trump with a t-shirt of his mugshot image, which prompted the former president to respond, saying: “Can you believe that?”
Speaking about his infamous mugshot, Trump went on to remark: “Elvis had one, Frank Sinatra had one but we’ve eclipsed them, a long time ago, we’ve eclipsed them.”
But surprisingly, it isn’t his guest appearance that has sparked speculation amongst viewers.
It’s actually a photo taken of the pair side by side which Paul posted to social media that has people baffled.
The picture shows 6’2” Paul seemingly towering above 6’3” Trump and viewers of the image can’t work out why the businessman appears to be shorter.
Taking to Reddit to share their thoughts, one user had their own theories on how this could have happened, posting: “Paul is obviously wearing lifts. Or maybe standing on a box. Or he lied about his height and is actually 6’8″. These are the only possible answers.”
Another had a more blunt approach to the photo, adding: “Trump is a fraud and liar. Photo shows that he’s not 6’3”. It all adds up to me.”
A third agreed, saying: “Convicted felons lie.”
Meanwhile a fourth had a more sympathetic opinion about the bizarre image, posting: “So it’s entirely possible that Trump was 6’3” at one point. BUT age does make you shrink.”

The photo has people confused as to why 6’3″ Trump appears to be shorter than 6’2″ Logan Paul (Instagram/@loganpaul)
The 77-year-old became the first president to hold a criminal conviction after being found guilty of falsifying business records.
He faces three more criminal cases that have yet been tried but is back on the campaign trail as he runs for re-election this fall.
Amongst his controversies, Trump has promised to target the growing electric car industry, proposing a rollback of regulations on car emissions and plans to reverse current president Joe Biden’s climate policies.
Whether or not Trump will make his way back into the oval office is a decision that will be made by the US public this November, but the mystery around his height might never be answered.
